First meal here

So we decided to stop at McDonalds on the way home to get a bite to eat. It is def. expensive compared to the US, close to 1.5x. But McDonalds at London are definitely not ghetto at all, like the ones we have in Philly. I was able to ninja some shots in..

By talking to other friends and by personal experience, I've come to a conclusion that outside of US..Mc Donald's projects itself as a non-ghettoish restaurant. I guess its also got to do with food habits....I think outside of US...the restaurant chain is perceived as a foreign entity and not something that the ghetto of the country would head to. Bata and Maggi have been two success stories where people have believed that the parent firms are Indian...but the truth is that they aren't Indian.
